Yes, you can contact the service provider before purchase to ask questions about the service or request more clarification. You can do this by clicking the “Contact Seller” button on the page for each service.

All you have to do is add the service you want to purchase to your shopping cart and pay for it, then contact the seller through the purchases page and provide him with the work details to begin implementing the service.

After adding the service to your shopping cart, you can complete the payment process using your PayPal account or via credit card. Paying the amount in this way only helps us guarantee your right to obtain the service or cancel it if it is not according to the specifications described. If the order amount is returned to your Khamsat balance, only the order value will be added without the procedural fees and you can purchase another service directly.
When you request a refund to PayPal or credit card, we return the full amount you charged in addition to the fees.

When any project is rejected, an alert is sent to your account containing a request to modify the project in order for it to be accepted. You can directly modify the project and send it again for review instead of adding a new project.
